What: Bat Cave Paddleboard Adventure

During this Bat Cave Adventure, you'll enjoy a short, peaceful paddle to the mouth of Nickajack Cave at sunset to watch thousands of endangered gray bats emerge at sunset for their nightly feeding. This unique, guided and fully equipped paddleboard adventure will give you a front-row seat to one of mother nature’s most spectacular and mystical occurrences as we end the evening paddling under the light of a full moon. Perfect for beginners or intermediate paddlers who want a unique paddling adventure and the opportunity to observe obscure wildlife up close.

Come early and shop handmade artisan goods during our nightfall art market in Miller Park beginning at 6:00 pm. Beverage ticket sales and food trucks begin selling at 6:30 pm. Nightfall provides a multi-week schedule of diverse, quality musical entertainment in the heart of Chattanooga. Celebrating its 34th season in 2021, Nightfall features a broad spectrum of musical genres performed by superior national and international artists, many of whom are performing in our city for the first time.

The Chattanooga Market is the region's largest producer-only arts and crafts and farmers' market. It is held every Sunday from April to December at the open-air First Tennessee Pavilion in Chattanooga, Tennessee, typically from 11am until 4pm.
